A birthday cake was to be delivered on the birthday morning. It was not delivered till 12 noon. We gave a constant call to their customer service where they conveyed that it would be delivered before 3.30/ in an hour/ the vendor is on his way...
The cake is not delivered till 7 pm and there is no answer on their customer number now. Never go for them. It’s such a show of their unprofessional behavior.
