I ordered a Flower basket and 16 Pc Ferrero Rocher for my wife as a valentines day gift. The order amount was more than 1.5K and was placed on 6th Feb 2013 and was supposed to reach her on 14th Feb 2013 with the money has been deducted from my account. They sent me the ’order confirmation’ and ’payment received’ emails.
They didn’t deliver the order and I tried to reach there customer care numbers which was given in their website, to my surprise, both the numbers were dead. I sent multiple emails and didn’t get any reply till now. Such a pathetic customer service. I am sure some lady named Pooja will reply to this review saying they will investigate the cause asking my order number. To you Pooja, the order number is JK8894, and I am sure you are not going to do anything.....
For all others who is reading this, please avoid floraindia.com or get prepared to spoil your day. They are a group of thieves and they will take all your hard earned money and will give you nothing. It is such a pity that we can’t sue them for these kind of day light robbery. I wish I should have done a research before placing the order as I could see many reviews in this site saying they are very poor at their service.
