DON’T TRUST THEM.
I WANTED TO RATE THEM NEGATIVELY WHICH IS UNFORTUNATELY NOT POSSIBLE HERE!
Mostly on Rakshabandhan, Diwali or similar other Indian festivals till last date of order booking they pick up phones properly and since the date of delivery they just stopped picking up phones.
I called up them lots of time but they didn’t pick up the phone even single time. Worst part is they disconnect the phone once it starts ringing and after few calls they just switch it off.
Why do I required to call them up after placing orders? –
I booked two orders from which they didn’t deliver the one order and the other which they delivered was 50% less in quantity.
It’s most obvious that many people don’t ask the recipients weather they received full in quantity, but they just ask weather you received or not.
After a month or so when floraindia started picking up phones, I laudged a complain regarding same.
After lot of follow-up and very very long time they mentioned that we will send gifts what you selected again. But they never sent it.
Whenever I call them up if someone talk he / she says I will take it to authority and will inform you but they never come back.
They didn’t refund any money and they didn’t deliver things.
FLORAINDIA IS BIG FRAUD.
