Worst Online Service And Customer Support

This is the worst online service I have ever used. People, who I assume are the customer care persons, were very rude. These people never take responsibility of their work. I sent Rakhi to my brother and we asked them to deliver it on Sunday, since it was a non-working day and my brother could only receive it on the specified delivery date.


Now I got to know they are sending the parcel by Indian Postal Service, it means we have to depend upon the "Sarkari daak sewa" for the delivery. I would have sent Rakhi by Post Office only, had I known about it earlier. Which would have cost me a lot cheaper. I spent Rs. 1097.00 only for the convenience and exact delivery date.


The worst part was the phone conversation with the customer care person. I wish that the owner of the company had taught them some etiquettes.
