I ordered roses for my fiance from flora India on valentines day(first of all I was searching for floral India on Google, however the flora India page opened) I paid in full and was assuming that the flowers will be delivered by afternoon. to my surprise the flowers never turned up.
I tried calling their good for nothing helpline/Customer support number but the numbers seems to be out of service and unable to reach them.Then I tried reaching them via email on there service email ID, and to my surprise after sending five emails no one even bothered to revert back. Now I dint know from where can I get the money refunded as I have paid in full and didn’t get any service.
I request everyone to stop using this website and report as spam before they fool more people like us. I am completely pissed.
I tried checking online and found a lot of similar reviews, and its my mistake that I didn’t recognize there cheater before placing my order. I spoke a few more people who had similar kind of issues with this site, all the positive reviews that we see in flora India is posted by the website admins to attract more people towards them.
BEWARE.
