I am staying in Delhi. I unfortunately used floraindia.com services to delivery a bouquet of flowers to one of very close relatives in Pune. I placed an order with floraindia.com to deliver it by 7 am (which is a tad earlier than the normal delivery time of 9 am).
Unfortunately the bouquet was delivered by 5:00 PM in the evening of the same day. All the surprise element in the gift was lost due to floraindia’s poor service. Besides I had made a very petty request to give a written message along with the gift. Since i could only write in English letters on their website, I wrote the Marathi message in English letters and requested them to convert in Marathi script. They didn’t even do that.
And to top all these, the delivery guy asked the recipient to sprinkle water on the flowers as they had gone dry. Even after so much delay they didn’t delivered fresh flowers.The whole purpose of utilising their facility was defeated.
Please use floraindia.com services at your own risk. And I am sure you wont put all those emotional value at risk which is involved in this kind of service.
