Great experience but not on rush days such as Valentine’s day. Birthdays, anniversaries, even mother’s day were fine. You need to mention in the note that the flowers better be fresh. I have been ordering from this site since 2006 and I have had only 3 instances of bad deliveries.
The website has flower stores as partners and every time the flowers have been from Ferns and Petals, they have been rotten (not even ’not fresh’)!
So key to getting good flowers from this site
Do not order on V day.
In the note specify that you do not want it from Ferns and Petals.
In the note specifically ask for fresh flowers.
