Floraindia.com announced coupon code on https://retailmenot.com/view/floraindia.com
This coupon code was active when I placed order and system applied discount on order confirmation page.
After payment checkout, I seen they charged me full invoice amount - no discount. Immediately I contacted customer support and asked for this. They said no discount. Support guy Nitin asked me: Did you contact us before using coupon code? Guys do you think we should contact them to use active coupon codes?
I asked to refund the coupon code difference or cancel the order. They said NO. once you paid means you lost.
