Flower by Kenzo has got to be one of my favourite perfumes ever!
Shopping for Christmas gifts one year with my sister, we decided to take a look at some perfumes. Usually, I really don’t like perfume shopping. The smells can get too intense and make me feel queasy. However, after browsing around and smelling way too many cheap and strong smelling products, I smelt flower and I fell in love!
Instantly I asked my sister if she could buy it for me for Christmas! The smell is wonderful; it’s light yet potent and literally smells like a field of roses.
What I also love about this perfume is the bottle design. So many bottles nowadays seem rather cheap looking and (dare I say it...) tacky. Flower however is simple and classic yet pretty. It would make a perfect Valentines or anniversary romantic gift.
I get the 30ml bottle and I can honestly say it lasts me months! I would say a year even. You really don’t need to put a lot on as the fragrance lasts all day/night. This is actually the ideal versatile perfume as it works just as well in the day time as it does at night. The smell is distinctive but not at all strong or overpowering.
For how long it lasts, the quality of it and the design I would say the price is great! It costs me £20-£30 for a 30ml bottle which lasts ages. This price is fantastic as there are so many perfumes out there for loads more!
I would say if you are unsure what to fragrance to buy a loved one then purchase this perfume! It’s a smell I think everyone would love and I have so many compliments when wearing it!
