I had ordered the cake for a friend in Aurangabad as I stay in Mumbai and it was not delivered and post that inspite of all the money I gave the company didn’t even care.I subjected it as surprise however had to ask my friend to pick it up.I got a response stating u pick it up the cake is in fridge and the flowers will be worn out by evening .
I spend so much money just for service and then I get the delivery guy shouting at me in the morning .
I have never faced anything of such I will defame your company as much as I can I have the phone records of that person abusing me when he didn’t deliver it.

I will take all efforts to defame your brand as I work with a huge organisation and I don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through.
