Worst customer care service

At first the product i ordered was not available.


Then i requested the following things:-




  1. Picture of the bouquet to be shared with me prior to delivery




  2. Bouquet to be in a vase




  3. Rider details to be shared with me




  4. The card with message to be removed






None of the requests were taken care of.


Neither did the bouquet was upto my expectations.


This is the second time consecutively that i am disappointed by floweraura’s services.


This type of customer experience should be looked into by the management.
