Worst experience, never opt for Flower Aura

I ordered the pink cake(the one in the pic), totally different from what came which was red. The one that has come is red and what is


"Happy Day mothers".??


The cake didn’t reach on time. When I messaged in chat, the customer care executive Priya inspite of checking the delivery status with the delivery team said that we can’t commit anything about time.


We had to go out of town for celebration, which we had to cancel because this cake was a surprise and didn’t reached and whole surprise was spoiled.


The cake is totally different from what I Ordered. This has never happened with FNP. pathetic customer care, nobody picking up the call.


The bouquet is also terrible, Floweraura- Not recommended.
