Terrible delivery. Flowers were dark pink merged with different deep red colours, not at all even close to what was shown in the picture. I mentioned specifically to keep long stem of the flowers, they were cut very short. I even mentioned to kindly use the same wrapping as shown in the image, but you guys sent some horribly made bunch of flowers which I did not order. You are providing this pathetic service and expecting people to use you? I placed my order at 2 pm today and did not get confirmation till 4 30 pm. My delivery slot chosen was 3 to 6 pm and flowers were delivered at 6 45 pm. Worst flower delivery service ever. You should refund my money and probably shut your meerut services, im hoping you do are having more competence in other metro cities.
