Worst customer care - regret ordering here

I ordered one bouquet for valentine’s day . they charge a extra money for delivery, with a delivery window of 9 am to 7 pm . they failed to deliver on time .


they don’t send any update when the delivery boy started where he was a t any given point of time .


wheh I called them no one picked the call.


the chat support was clueless and never responded with confidence .


how can someone in flower delivery business be so casual about after sales service.


the surprise was gone for a toss. I would never recommend them to anyone .


the website design is not at all stable .


difficult to fill in details especially on mobile
