My sister had a surgery and I wanted to cheer her up. So I ordered her favorite orchids n lillies, ferrero rocher chocolates n a teddy. Just before delivery, they call up saying they don’t have lillies and can substitute them with yellow roses. Ididn’t hv a choice, I agreed. To my shock, they delivered 12 pink roses and a 6 inch teddy. I called up and spoke to a rude rep who hung up eventually. I called again spoke to Shraddha who was kind enough to replace it with the actual order.
Point is, you ruined the experience that I had paid 4k for. Highly unreliable and unprofessional. I hv attached pics of what I ordered vs wht I recvd
