FlowerAura executive calls and asks me if I need to place any order, I tell them I am looking at some options which are not available at given location. They tell me they can place the order at their end and it will be delivered on time, I only need to pay. Two days later, on the date of delivery, I am called after the delivery slot is over that they cannot deliver the same product and I’m supposed to choose among children’s birthday cakes to send as anniversary cake to my husband. Refund of the order will take 3-5 days.
