I took membership for 6 months at Fluid Fitness Gym- Rajender Nagar, Delhi and my experience was pathetic.
A horrible gym with a very rude staff and a place where they have no respect for their clients.For the amount they are charging, you are better off to take a membership at some other gym. Machines are old and Rusty.
The gym is filthy including their showers, found a piece of gum stuck on the shower wall one day. Private classes for cardio are scheduled at peak hours due to which majority of the gym is confined to a very small room for floor exercises.
Treadmills and Crosstrainers are of some fake chinese brand which doesn’t get the job done.
Music will sound like something that you might expect at some rural area.
If you opt for PT(Private Training), only then trainer will pay you attention otherwise you won’t even find any helper around you in case you need some time. Some machines and dumbbells were very old and damaged.
All in all horrible 6 months experience I had out there. It has no value for money, I recommend if you find some other reputed gym at same amount.
