FLY B720 is a very good handset on paper. In reality it sucks.
I purchased the mobile in Oct 2008. Within two months I started getting problems like memory card not working, messagin not working, bluetooth not working so on so forth. I gave it to service center, which in turn shipped to Delhi. Now I am wothout my handset for more than two months. I am not getting any reply from Fly Customer Care. Customer Care is really pathetic.
All in all good mobile to waste the money. If you are looking for a handset with life span of 2-5 months then go for it else stay away.
Moreover no responsbile person from Fly company to handle the customer complaints, we have to rely on local service provider and they don’t give any detials like email address, responsible person in delhi or phone number of delhi office. Very cheap company with cheap handset.
