I booked 2 tickets for my parents to Dubai. Their experience was not that great. First of all they were traveling for the first time by air but the staff was not that supportive. They had many issues while boarding.
Secondly there was nothing served during the flight as well. For water also my parents has to call them several times.
Overall I am not going to travel form fly Dubai again and will not let anyone known to me to do so.
