There is just one single thing good about this airline is that its cheap, otherwise there is nothing good that you can travel by this airline service. They have really small airplane so you do not get enough space and its really uncomfortable for long journey.
There is no hospitality concern and the staff is quite unprofessional & rude. There is always a delay in the schedule and due to some technical or weather situation they do not maintain punctuality. There are long queue on the counter as many of the counters are un-operational so you might have to wait a bit longer.
