I have purchased fly e106 from reputed store of "hot spot".on 21/01/2010. Today i have contacted fly service center "devam services" ff-5, shree vijay complex, ph;40046449. I speak to customer care, ask for the availability of" charger connecting socket". She said available,
When i said my handset is in warranty, she said surrender the handset we will get the replacement from fty and you will get your handset repaired after 4-5 working days. Else pay rs. 400.00 we will replace immediately. Now, choice is yours.When insisted , why you do like this? Says this is company policy.
I strongly recommend one must talk to above contact no or service centre before buy "fly product.. Else, nobody can save you.
