WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM FLY

I am a customer of Fly mobile SX210. I had purchased my mobile on 5th of May 2008 as a present for my wedding anniversary to my wife. She had barely used the piece for one month after which due to a accident the phone got damaged. I hurriedly rushed to your service center at Tardeo to get it repaired. After waiting for about an hour I finally got to speak to the lady executive present at the desk.


Thought the box had printed Manufacturing date of March’08 I was told that the warranty is only for people who have the bill. I still was ready to pay whatever amount for the parts as the fault of not bringing the bill with me was mine.


They told me you will get a reply back withing two days. I went after two days, the phone is not ready. I had to make at least 10 visits just to get my cellphone back that too saying that the phone is irreparable, that too it was today I got my phone, in the same condition as it was given. I myself had gone two days back, they told me your phone is repaired and its under observation for two more days.


I am not able to get these type of excuses. I literally had to fight to get my phone back. When I had bought the phone I was being told by the salesperson that the phone has a tie-up with Sony Erricson for service.


But I didn’t find a service equivalent to such a large company. Now my phone which I had bought for 7925/- with my hard earned money and as gift for my wife is lying on my desk not working. This is the most pathetic service I have ever seen in my whole life.


I have a China phone, it works much better and has better sound qaulity. It comes for half the price. And still working after falling down a dozen times from my pockets
