Very bad and pathetic Experience ...

Hi, guys I just want to share my experience with you which is really bad. I had done order from the fly robe and they had given me the commitment to deliver the things on time and blindly I believe on those guys which were my biggest mistake.


I am expecting the thing to be delivered on the given date at any time as they had promised so waited till afternoon than make a call to fly robe they had picked up my call I had asked with those guys where is my order and explained how much important in order for me they told it already been dispatched and it’s on the way only. I had asked for the tracking details which they are not able to provide and keeps on telling me that they don’t have tracking details even after asking so many times again given me assurance like it will be delivered today end of the day, next day was the function and you have only a few hours left for shopping from your local market in case if they will tell that they will not be able to deliver, Again I had called in the evening and got the same reply that it be delivered today before 8 o clock . I had waited till 9 and make a call to fly robe now this time no reply as there support team are not working after 9, they had not left you with any choice you can’t even go to market because it’s too late. Somehow My friends are there to help me out and I am able to manage the things. Shame on you Fly robe :(.


Next day when I had to make a call they are simply telling sorry and you don’t have any choice rather than canceling the order from your end.


problem is in their process.


1)They don’t have any sync with there delivery vendors.


2) They keep on giving me false commitments.


3) They even don’t bother about your needs, they simply driving their business.


4) For every failure, they need to apologize even that they had not done.


5) On any big failure, they simply replied you with sorry. Note - Sorry is not enough. I think If they fail to deliver they should give us the option to purchase the things on there own and later they have to give a full return.


Note - If you really willing to use Fly robe item please put the delivery 4 to 5 days prior to the actual event
