Hey what’s up guys, today I am gonna share my experience with Fly robe.
Let me tell you what ruined my experience with them.
I placed an order on flyrobe.com on 8th december , 12p.m , the order was a T-shirt with of rupees 799 including delivery charges and taxes. The estimated delivery date was after 7 days i.e on 15th december exactly and they say that we deliver your order before the estimated delivery date. But this time that didn’t happened with me.
I was receiving real time updates ( sms) from fly robe regularly regarding my order and I was happy that it will be delivered on time.
But, after 1 week passed and the estimated delivery date also passed and I didn’t got any message from them that when will my product be delivered.
I contacted them via mail and they responded that the order is delayed and gas reached the nearest hub and will be delivered soon, you be calm.
Add I read this mail, I flight that lets wait for some more days and then I might get my order.
Now two weeks passed and the product was delivered with the package hampered but the thank God that T shirt was safe.
The product quality was over all good but not that much cool as it should be completed to its price.
Over all I was disappointed by the customer care support that way provided by flyrobe.com
They took over all 20 days to deliver a product that could be delivered in just a week.
