Horrible

Today is 29 Dec. For a 2nd Jan delivery booked a month in advance, I was informed today that 2 of out 3 dresses are not available. I was offered to select from a minute selection(which I did not like) which has ruined my forthcoming wedding season!. I do expect an explanation for such laxity. Further I had called 2 days back to confirm if the size was fine. I was told yes all the measurements are fine!. This is the worst moment something like this could have happened. You have ruined my next week.
