This is Kushagra Mathur and I have placed the order from Flyrobe to save my money with the thought that renting is much smarter option.
Wifes order: SEEMA MEHTA-LABEL OF LUXURY Teal And Yellow Embroidered Gown
My order: MFS Grey Textured Checks Bandhgala with Pant
But the story with Flyrobe goes totally opposite we both end up spending 20K all because of unprofessional experience of Flyrobe.
As you can see we placed order on 1st Nov 2018 and we have filled up the size forms on same day. We were relaxed and trusting on Flyrobe as they have confirmed our order.
But after 12 days on 12th Nov 2018 we have received a call from them the dress my wife has ordered is not available and they will give us more option in exchange of that.
Its already a shock for us but due to no choice we waited for 2 days and try so many calls to customer care for other dress options but lack of professionalism they failed to send even a single option. So I end up cancelling my wifes dress order and we ending spending 7k on my wifes dress as its an emergency. More disturbing is Flyrobe has no interest in fulfilling their orders on time and taking customer seriously .
Now lets come to my outfit. I was at least sure about outfit I rented from Flyrobe because I have asked so many times to confirm and they replied you will get it on time and place.
So on the day of delivery i.e 17th Nov 2018(4 days rental pan) I called them to ask the delivery status and customer care replied - " Sorry Sir we could not deliver it today . We will deliver it to you tomorrow "
And they were not sure of delivering it tomorrow also so I was like seriously first of all they dont care to inform and now what should I wear tomorrow. So I end running to mall spending 14k on my outfit too as its my brothers wedding.
And customer care told us to get back to us on this matter and till now we are waiting for the call
