*Coffee and its caffeine content are a drug on the human body that negatively affects the central nervous system, as well as other organs, and leads to addiction. Yet, any coffee drinker will say theyre not an addict, but its the same with an alcoholic. just less destructive behavior comes from coffee, but rather you end up with long-term, and occasionally noticeable short-term health problems.
*Caffeine is NOT what makes coffee so bad. If it was, then youd hear that caffeine in teas and even chocolate are bad as well. There are 3 main different types of caffeine, from different sources. The negative and strongest versions of it reside from coffea beans(and there are more than a dozen different types of these beans). That same caffeine that is extracted from those beans to produce decaf is added to soft drinks. And this toxic version of caffeine just basically leads to addiction like any other drug and causes probably more health issues than one is even aware of if youre a daily coffee drinker. Plus, coffee doesnt "wake" us up, your mind is just addicted and NEEDS the coffee to wake up; its merely mental in combination of degrading health. A healthy body should wake up fine and have plenty of energy and be ready to eat some breakfast. The 2nd kind of caffeine is the one found in teas. Its not entirely healthy, but its not as bad as coffee caffeine because the body metabolizes it a lot faster and it is in lower concentrations. The 3rd type of caffeine is from cocoa and chocolate, is not dangerous what-so-ever.
*There are coffee alternatives for people that still want a morning drink to prepare similar to coffee, but want to quit coffee at the same time. One option is Soy coffee(soyfee) made of roasted soy beans and is preferably prepared by french press brewing method. This is a very healthy alternative due to soy beans being not only caffeine free but because soy is high in beneficial minerals for the body.
*Another alternative is called Teeccino Herbal Coffee. Its made of herbs that can give you the same stimulate affects that coffee does, but its caffeine free and coffee free, too, and healthier.
