In many restaurant in India. I saw personally and in television too that we do not have the habit of placing tower on the lap. I have seen these even in the 5 star rated restaurants. Even some restaurant too do not provide the towel. They say that its just a waste because very very less customers use it and I told him that it is your duty to provide full service to the customer whether they use it or not as they do not provide me the same that’s why.
