Want to try Indiano-italian fusion??? Take a look

Well, some of you might have tried it before. some of you might feel this is one of the stale reciepies. Apologies to all of them.


This is something which is useful for bachelors who dont want to mess their everyday life while cooking. for wives of those hubby’s who keep on nagging looking for variety in the food( a shameless hubby like me included:-D)


This is for someone who wants to try new dishes.


Alright. I call it Macroni Masala’wich


Ingredients


Take 200Gms of Macroni and boil it in water. for about 3-4 minutes and then drain all the water and let it cool down.


(Please add little bit of(coriander seeds)Dhania, Haldi(Turmeric), 2 drops oil and Salt to the boiling water)


Finely Chop one medium sized onion


Chop Few cloves of Garlic(about 6-7 depending on your taste)


Chop One medium sized Capsicum (slice it vertically and make cuts of about 3/4th inch.


Tikka Masala


2 Tablespoon butter


2 Table spoon Oil


1 Green Chilli chopped at length


1-2 spoon chilli powder


Shredded cheese(preferrably mozarella)


1 spoon Cummin Seeds(jeera)


Sandwich chutney made from Mint leaves, Coriander leaves, green chillies and chana daal.


Slice Bread of your choice.


Heat oil in the pan. add cummin seeds, half spoon turmeric powder, chopped garlic


When the garlic turns light brown add chopped onion,  chilli and fry.


When the Onion turns light brown add Capsicum and tikka masala(1-2 spoons) and 1 spoon of red chilli powder.


Let it fry for 5 minutes then add the boiled macroni and butter.


Stri it for 5 minutes while adding sal to taste.


Let it cool down.


Apply Chutney, butter to bread. Fill it with the macroni filling top it up with cheese and grill it, toast it in grill / oven / microwave.


You can freeze the filling for one week.without worrying of making it stale.


Enjoy it with Ketchup.
