Food presentation is not up to Mark because the food taste is not as expected and the quantity and the quality of the food is decent but not so tasty to have. I ordered butter chicken butter naan and chicken fried rice but none of this items are tasty and the quality and the quantity is decent but the food is not at all tasty to eat. And also I ordered an drumsticks and that is also is not so tasty like another hotels in Safilguda. Ambience e of this hotel is not good to eat there because there is a lots of smoke coming into the dining hall which is very bad and very drawback for this restaurant. If you want more quantity of food so you can visit this hotel and take away the parcel to your home because this is not good place to eat because the atmosphere and environment is not favourable and maintenance is also not up to Mark so better I recommend you to take a parcel if you want more quantity food with an reasonable quantity food. Customer service is only good thing in his Hotel there very effective towards their work they deliver the food on time when I take away the parcel. They are very decent and good discount given by the manager also. Value of money is reasonable because the quality of food is not up to mark but quantity is very good and decent comparatively to the price of the item if you want more quantity food then visit to this hotel but you cannot expect the quality of the food and for a good taste.
