The worst experience and very very disappointed with this app. The order gets confirmed but then I start getting calls from the foodpanda team with suggestions of other restaurant options. On confirming the order with other restaurant I start getting again second round of calls from the team requesting to change the order considering the ordered dish is not available with new restaurant and all this takes good 2 hours with no food being delivered even after. Finally I get a mail which confirms the refund of this order in next 6-7 days.
So, an app that is meant to deliver food in on time. Have literally no clue on how to manage the same.
From them if they can’t solve my problem in present how they will solve it in future. Never using this app again.
