Absolutely pathetic experience. This is my second bad experience with foodpanda out of total 3 times I have used the service.
The management team has no clue and doesn’t even care about its customer.
The deliveries are poorly coordinated and mostly you get delayed or wrong orders. In my case, I got my order after 1 hours first time and this time its already 1:45 hours but still no sign of food. To top it up, they try to be ignorant about the whole matter. #Foodpanda you suck!
