Very poor and pathetic service. We received an order after around 70 minutes from 5 min away restaura. So here is what happened: I live near by shastrinagar and Al hifazat is hardly 5 minutes walk from my place. I chose Al hifazat, shastrinagar and ordered the food. Foodpanda gave 40 minutes to deliver the order. Can you believe 5 min away restaurant gave me 40 min delivery time. I said okay let it be. Now after waiting for an hour I didn’t deliver the food. I called the Al hifazat and they said the delivery boy picked your order and will be there in 10 minutes. Again waiting. After waiting for half an hour after call, I called again and asked why you are taking too much time to deliver for 5 min away restaurant. So they said the delivery was coming from vimanagar Al hifazat restaurant. Can you believe this? Between the two options shastrinagar and vimanagar, I chose shastrinagar while ordering the food, still they took order to vimanagar and for 5 min away place, It took one and half hour to receive the food. So almost around 10.30pm we had our food though we ordered around 9.15 pm. Very pathetic management and very pathetic service.
