I ordered for some food from foodpanda today. I made online payment for my order and there is no confirmation from them. I tried calling them but they say all their reps are busy!
Obviously as everybody must be calling with their complaints. Their online chat sucks! They take half an hour to just reply. And completely unprofessional and idiotic reps sitting out there. No apologies and empathy. They go on stating that there is an technical issue with their website and they themselves can’t see what is wrong. They said they will "initiate" the payment and I hope I get back money.
But here most importantly we went starving at 10 Pm with no other hope of food on a weekend. Pathetic ppl. Never ever order from them. I would suggest them to close down the business and stop cheating ppl.
