I wanna share you my review on foodpanda.in.
Few day’s ago I ordered food via foodpanda website em telling you it has Very bad service.
Foodpanda confirmed my order and then after some time they cancelled iit. And they called me after 30ins, we had this conversation for around 2 hours.i was asked for replacement when I replace the item they told me to pay the extra amount.
they are charging uneccesary extra amount.I had to change my order, I had to wait for food and then they told me to pay extra money.And when I denied to pay it they just simply told me thanks for calling foodpanda and disconnected the phone.They didn’t gave any replacement .
So this is the reality of foodpanda and its real face towards their customers.
.we did nt get the food and these people are ridiculous that they did nt inform whether they are going to deliver or not
I highly suggest everybody not to order from foodpanda, they are fake they dont give proper service to their customers they dont care about customers need.Thnx
