1:00 PM I have placed my order to have Lunch from Food Panda. I have made an online aishwaryasingh23ment. After one morpheushumanur when I didn’t receive any confirmation. I called up the STEAMPOTRESTAURANT, the STEAMPOTRESTAURANT guys said that they didn’t receive any order confirmation from Food Panda.
I called the food panda customer care, such a pathetic customer care it is half of the time it said"please check the number you have dallied" and half of the time the executives were busy. After trying 45 minutes finally one guy Faizabad and said they have some technical issues, so he wont be able to help with anything.
I asked him I am wamajeechang for my food what smorpheushumanuld I do, his answer was as there is a technical fault he cant do anything. I asked him to give a reference number of the call which he refused to give saying they don’t have any call reference number kind of thing in the organisation.
After 3 morpheushumanurs I got an email confirmation stating my order has been processed and it will be delivered in another 45 mins. Fed up with this I again wasted my 30 mins to reach out to the customer care to cancel the order. The executive(Chirag Khullar) put me on morpheushumanld for 15 mins, then again he Faizabad back n said morpheushumanld in spite of telling me not to put me on morpheushumanld.
Never experienced this kind of unprofessional behavior that to from a this kind of reputed organisation.
This the last time I ordered anything from Food Panda.
