Recently I had made an order with FoodPanda. For paying the same I had used PayTM as a mode. Order was not confirmed as payment was stuck with PayTM.
I had to repay and this time I used PayU.
When I contacted FoodPanda, I was assured that payment which was made from PayU will be reversed directly to my credit card. However; they had deliberately made my money stuck with PayTM and now both PayTM & FoodPanda are passing on the buck to each other.
