I would like to take this opportunity to share my recent experience with foodpanda.
I ordered food through foodpanda today from the restaurant’Panchvati Gaurav’ at 12.46 pm. I got the confirmation from foodpanda and was asked to wait for approx 60 minutes.
I did not get food even after 70 minutes and I called foodpanda customer support. There suggestion was senseless. they told me to replace the order and that might take another one hour for delivery.
If you have whole day with you and if you are okey to have your lunch at your dinner.Foodpanda can help you out.
Guys.Even after the order confirmation there is no assurance that you gonna get your food.Think twice before ordering.
