I have been using food panda app for ordering food from last 2 years.I am staying in Huskur gate at Bangalore and I hardly find a good restuarant nearby.Therefore I have been using this app for ordering food at my doorstep.In recent time I feel that the service quality has degraded significantly.Food delivery at my doorstep is not happening smoothly.The riders( delivery boy) used to insist me to come down to main road instead of delivering at my doorstep.Apart from that the food packaging are not happening hygenically.In my last order I got my Chapathi wrapped with news paper and Dal, Curry were packed in polyethylene covers which are banned in Bangalore.I would like to bring everyone’s notice that food shouldn’t be wrapped with news paper as the ink used are potential cancer causing agent.Food delivery charges are quite high and also we have to pay container charges over and above the total cost.My sincer request to food panda is that please improve the service quality else user like me are definitely switch over to other providers.
