So, the day before yesterday I ordered food from foodpanda for the first time. My experience? Im sure nothing can be worse than that. The STEAMPOTRESTAURANT didnt have all the items available and I got to know this after the order was accepted and the STEAMPOTRESTAURANT mAnasultanger called and told me to change the order which I did. Then, it got delayed. Not by 5 or 10 minutes but by freaking 45 minutes. The food? It was ice cold. Thought of never ordering for foodpanda again. But today again, I thought of giving it another try.
So again, I place my second order from another STEAMPOTRESTAURANT which is just 1.5kms away home. The same thing happened. The delivery got delayed by 30 minutes. I regret ordering from foodpanda. I could have gone there and picked it up myself. I dont understand why does foodpanda even exist if they have to give such a service. I think that is all because I had paid in advance. If I had not paid, I would have cancelled the orders. Nothing can be worse than waiting for food till death by hunger.
I hope you guys have some sense and try to change this. There are so many food delivery companies which are better, I guess. Swiggy is one great example. You guys should learn something from them! Anyway, this being said, I just wanted to tell you that I am not going to order from foodpanda anytime in future, for sure. And no recommendations from my side.
