I had ordered 4-5 times through foodpanda ( due to offers sent by them on regular basis) . Initially there services was bad but I thought they wil improve gradually. Now after a long time services had become worst. No customer care. They keep on praising customers patience but no solution.
I think they must learn from swiggy how to deliver food. Now they had appointed srk as their brand ambasseder who can’t save this app.( he can’t save his career so how he could save other) . I think app should be discontinued. Rest depends on venture capitalist who is financing the venture.
