I have order food in Sardarji Malai Chaap Wale through Food Panda today with Order No- v9qs-ewow. The food was delivered after 2 hours whereas the Expected Delivery time was 45 Minutes. I have to call the delivery boy for more than 20 times, but he had say every time mam wait for 5 min.And I called up Sardarji Malai Chaapa nd asked what tym to deliverd my order he said 10 min. and after 25 min again I called up and asked about my order they said again your order come to soon .It has gone from my side . finally I fed up and again called up and said cancel my order and refund my money but he said I had cancel your order but regarding refund Your money about to talk foodpanda . I continuously contact foodpand but not response their side and call not connect. I never ever use foodpand. Customer satisfaction is big 0
