I have ordered so many times with Foodpanda expecting that it will satisfy my cravings one day for sure but that one day has never came yet.
They have increase the prices of dishes plus they charge for container also. Can you believe for container? I mean what are they expecting from us, certainly we should have give them our plate so that they do not charge for container.
NEW IDEA: Certainly they have made a very good job in food delivery in order to fulfill our cravings. But this service comes with extra money from our pocket.
And seriously that extra money is too much.
Content; Although they have covered as many restaurants as possible in a single click still I suggest you to keep your favourite restaurants number and call them directly. This way you can save almost half the bill.
USER FRIENDLY APP: The app is good, fast and provides you all the necessary details. And above all it loads faster even at low internet speed.
SERVICE & SUPPORT: The service is good and in case your order is denied by restaurants they provides other options very well and resolve the issue.
DELIVERY; It is fastest of all the other app.
FOOD: Now talking about the food, you should know that food is provided by restaurants only and foodpanda acts as mediator and delivers only so basically food quality depends on restaurants.
