Yesterday night I have ordered food from you, order Id: n8vg-m4lw. The timing of the order was Oct 22, 2015, 9:42 PM
Till 10 PM I didnt got the confirmations so I contacted your customer support(Sonam) who first said I have chosen a restaurant away from my locations, for which my argument was I have ordered food in past as well. Then she asked for another 2 mins to check and the just closed the chat.
Then at around 10:20 PM I called you guys for which the support asked me to wait for next 10 mins as we are already working on the order and someone from Foodpanda will call me in next 10 Mins. I waited for next 15 mins but nobody called me, I tried calling you guys multiple times but always waiting more than 5 mins.
Now today morning you are sending me, a refund email, without even bothering to call me once.
This is not at all acceptable. You took money and then didnt deliver food to me till 11 PM and now refunding my money. This is your responsibility to deliver food to me if I already paid you guys or atleast inform me.
