I had placed an order with order ID n1di-e9gl and my Credit Card was charged at 9:44 PM for the same.
However, I didn’t receive any confirmation from Food Panda for the order. I called up the restaurant twice and they said they have not rec’d the order.
Neither could I connect through the Chat Service nor your customer care. II rec’d the mail confirming the order only at 10:47 more than hour after placing the order. Though no one delivered it. Pathetic service of food panda. One can wait for anything but food. They think customers are also blind PE players who will blindly put in money forever. Mouthshut should also introduce zero rating.
