Hi to all to all my friends in this platform. Today Iam going to share my worst ever experience with Food panda. The biggest mistake that I have ever made to place an order with them. Placed the order at 8:30 pm(IST) & the deliver by time was 9:30 pm. I called the customer care at 10 PM where I got the assurance that order will be at my place with the next 5 mins i.e. by 10:15 PM. At 10:30 PM I again called the customer care again however got no response.
So use the another mode of communication that is chat the rep instead of following up with the team he was offering me compensation. At around 11 PM I received a call from field executive who said he is already on his way & finally received the order at around 11:30 PM which is almost 2 hours delay, though there was no apology from the rep who delivered the order neither from any of the rep.
