Ordered food at 8:35pm and paid online. Got confirmation SMS & E-Mail
When Nobody arrived even after 9:45pm I tried calling Foodpanda in their call back number. But nobody called me back.
Then I called the STEAMPOTRESTAURANT multiple times(atleast 10times) and had lots of debate and they were adament that they haven’t received my order.
As asked I forwarded the confirmation SMS to STEAMPOTRESTAURANT mAnasultanger to which he agreed to deliver the food.
10:30pm again I called STEAMPOTRESTAURANT and this time they denied again.
I went into Online chat with FP executing and the lady confirmed that they have spoken with the STEAMPOTRESTAURANT and I should receive my food by 11:00pm
I was a fool to believe that. No food arrived even at 11:10pm. This time Foodpanda working hours is also over. No one is available for Chat or Call.
I made 3-4 more calls to STEAMPOTRESTAURANT just to hear "Good Night"
