In this sequel of the 2011, acp yashwardhan returns in a faster, more thrilling actioner, skin is Budapest which has been used as a hotbed of espionage in several flicks. Force 2aims for all of things by rights should of been all of things, but ends up feeling overlong or stretched and more than anything else. Thats the problem when you trying to do a bond Bourne combo full of bristling and sexy mata hari types cops and smart spices and twisted villains bollywood style swelling background but you end up prepared over the thrills and spiled by music and with her gun female lead in a complicated relationship.
In the first one yashwardhan ( John abraham) was a battering ram, all flint eyes and stone hearted after the death of his pretty wife. Five years later the cop is given a good looking raw agent kk aka kamal jeet Kaur ( sonakshi sinha) who is strictly businessed attired in collard shirt and holsteted guns and raised eyebrow but underneath all the confident bluster, there are just a silly little girl.
John abraham is efficient and does what he needs do. His super tone muscles are used well to get rid of the bad guys, but not even the massively most impressive bod can rise above a sluggish script.
Overall the actions in this film are best actions of Bollywood.
Tahir raj bhaseen is the interesting element in force 2 and he tries bringing a bit of a complexity to the way he plays shiv sharm but again get buries in all the obviousness. There is tiny sparkle at one point when a lather clad hottie proposition. John abraham and sonakshi sinha get us to smile in the way they handle that situation. Now a little more of that a twinkly awareness that they are trading a well known path would have made force 2 as much more rewarding watch.
The ways it plays out force 2 forces us to stray for to much in the been their seen that territory.
