I rented ford aspire from "Revv-self drive" and got a hang of this beautiful car so much so that I immediately went to ASTRO FORD DWARKA SEC-5 dealership along with my friend in the weekend.
But to my surprise all the RM’s were busy flirting with desk girl and I had to repeatedly tell them to show me the car and its features etc.
After 15 minutes one guy came and this f*cker simply asks me about which model I want to buy and then shows me this Rate Card of diff models.No features explaining nothing.
- tells me that sir please select fast next month the prices will be increased and please get insurance from liberty, they are the best.
I simply headed straight to the door seeing their customer handling.All these online and offline reviews about ford dealers and worst ownership experience are indeed true. On my way back I felt like being insulted.
Never going back to any ford showroom no matter what they offer. Even if FORD offers a tank to its customers free of cost.no one is going to buy it.
Maruti hyundai offers bad cars with high price but the way they are connected to emotions of their customers is the sole reason for their success. F*K YOU FORD
