This model is a disaster and misfortune waiting to fall on unsuspecting customers who go for it.They flaunt the average mileage of over 18 and around 14 in City conditions.
But I know of the customers who are struggling with 6 to 8 kilometer in city conditions. In best driving conditions brand new vehicle have problem with door, brake, hatch door etc.It is really the garbage in its category.The bigger SUV of Hundayi and Maruti, Nissan are head and shoulders above it not only in terms of mileage but on all parameters.
The Customer care support is grudging and hostile, they prefer to blame the suffering customers, duped on their promises rather than attending to genuine problems associated with the vehicle, They fail to appreciate that the person who has spent around 11 lacs would be wasting his time and money on raising issues anything but truly genuine.My sincere advice to all people planning to buy this vehicle to really think twice before going for Harakiri.
